Questions

Frequently Asked

DO YOU ACCEPT MY INSURANCE?

NeuMinds Behavioral Healthcare is now accepting patients with United Healthcare/Optum Behavioral Health, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, Cigna/Evernorth Behavioral Health, and private pay clients. Credentialing with other networks is pending and will be updated accordingly. If the psychiatrist is out-of-network with your insurance carrier, you may elect to pay out of pocket/self pay rates for services. In this case, you can request a "super bill" that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement, if eligible.

What are self-pay rates for services?

Please call the office at 281-340-8563 for more detailed information.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes. But these are exceptions, not the rule. The appropriateness of telehealth visits will be at the doctor’s discretion.
